On site

What the 25,900 m² holds

Yarn store

Covered storage for incoming pile yarn, kept sorted by count, lot and colour so a production run draws from one consistent batch.

Dye house

Yarn dyeing and colour matching against approved references, with batches checked before they are released to the production floor.

Weaving & tufting hall

The main production floor, running woven work for patterned carpet and tufting for plain and textured moquette at full roll width.

Backing line

Latex application and bonding of jute or woven secondary backing — the stage that decides whether a carpet stays flat and square.

Finishing & inspection

Shearing, brushing, edge binding and a final inspection of every roll against the order before it is wrapped.

Warehouse & yard

Finished-goods warehousing for our own production and imported stock, with open yard for container handling and truck loading.
